Help Cantrip

Syntax cast 'cantrip' <victim> <action> <part>

The cantrip spell change the appearance of a person. It has no
purpose at the moment, but will have in the future. Two examples
of the spell are:

cast 'cantrip' Fatal big nose
cast 'cantrip' Fatal green hair

But.... Don't use it on him :)
