Syntax welcome all
       welcome none
       welcome delete
       welcome add <name>
       welcome remove <name>
       welcome
 
WELCOME is used to grant access to other people in private rooms. You
can set private rooms open to everybody (all) or nobody (none) or to a
set of specified name (delete to get rid of all of them). Without an argument
it will display the status of this room.
 
Needless to say that only the owner(s) of the room can change it.
