Help Bandage

Syntax bandage self [with <object>]
       bandage <target> [with <object>]
 
Mercenaries spend a great deal of time on or near the battlefield,  
and as a result they know a considerable ammount about Bandaging   
wounds. Any object of material "cloth" can be used as a bandage.  
If no object is specified the object holding will be tried to use.
The Mercenary bandages the injured party's wounds, resulting in a
small ammount of healing and increased heal rate. Bandaging must
be done while the recipient is fresh from combat to be effective,
(ie while still affected by adrenaline). Bad bandages result in
worse healing-rates.
