Help Blinding Flash

Syntax cast 'blinding flash' <target>
 
After the cast of the Blinding Flash spell a very short but intense
flash of light appears in the room. Everybody in the room must is
affected, but groupmembers of the caster have a 50% chance of
being affected. People not saving have problems seeing for about
one hour.
