Help Mortal Council

The mortal council was created in August, 2002.
It's main purpose it to have a way for mortal players to formally ask
the immortal council things, and to give them a way to influence
immortal decisions.
If you have anything serious to talk about, ask any immortal, or if
you want to keep it "mortal", use to mortal council.
The chairman of the mortal council is called "mortal liaison". That
person reports to the immortal council, and can ask for response from
the immortal council.
There is a mortal council meeting (in one way or the other) every
month, like the immortal council meets.
 
At the moment there is no mortal council.
If someone feels bold enough to start something like this again,
please contact the immortal council.
