Help Healer Diagnose

The healer decided to grab a quick buck, and now charges for his
heals.  Some services are still free to players of level 11 or
below and other less powerfull serveces are free to players of
level 17 or below, however.  To see a full listing of the healer's
services, type 'heal' at his residence.  To receive healing, bring
plenty of money, and type 'heal <spell>'.
If you want to know in what shape you are, use the 'diagnose'
command.
If you want to heal other players or pets, you can do it with inserting
the name of the player or mob in the command: 'heal <mob> <spell>'
and 'diagnose <mob>'.
