Lost Equipment Policy
 
  When a player has lost equipment because of a crash, he can ask
council to restore the last backup of the character from before the
crash. (Email him if it needs to be done quick). The player should give
the date and time of the crash. Council will check if there was a crash
and if the player was online at that time. Furthermore the player should
have been killed within 30 minutes before the crash. This means that it
is not possible to get a disarmed weapon back after a crash. The player
could have lost it anytime. (ie. not because of the crash)
