The following User Agreement (from now referred to as  "Agreement") governs the 
use of the Halls of Mirrors (from now referred to as "halls"), including using 
all the created objects present in these halls. Please read the rules contained 
in this Agreement carefully. Your use of the halls will constitute your 
agreement to comply with these rules. If you cannot agree with these rules, 
please do not sign this paper, but leave instead. These rules may be modified 
from time to time; the date of the most recent revisions will appear on this 
agreement. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these rules, by entering 
this room. Continued access of the halls by you will constitute your acceptance 
of any changes or revisions to the Agreement.
 
RULES OF USAGE
 
COMMENTS BY USERS WILL NOT BE ENDORSED BY THE FATAL DIMENSIONS IMMORTAL BUILDER 
STAFF: The Fatal Dimensions immortal builder staff (from now referred to as 
"Builders") does not necessarily endorse, support, sanction, encourage, verify, 
or agree with the comments, opinions, or statements posted on note boards. Any 
information or material placed online, including advice and opinions, are the 
views and responsibility of those who post these statements, and does not 
necessarily represent the views of the Builders or other Fatal Dimenions 
immortal staff (from now referred to as "Immortals").
 
USE OF THE HALLS BY YOU:
 
Your right to use the Halls is personal to you -- you may not authorize others 
to use the Halls, and you are responsible for all use of the Halls by you and by 
those you allow to use, or provide access to, the Halls.
 
INDEMNIFICATION:
 
You agree to indemnify the Builders and its affiliates, employees, agents and 
representatives, and to hold them harmless, from any and all claims and 
liabilities (including loss of xp, money and equipment) which may arise from 
your actions, from your unauthorized use of material obtained through the Halls, 
or from your breach of this Agreement, or from any such acts through your use of 
the Halls.
 
ADDITIONAL RULES: The Builders reserve the right to post, from time to time, 
additional rules of usage that apply to specific parts of the Halls, Such 
additional rules will be posted in the relevant parts of the Halls, and will NOT 
be clearly identified. Your continued use of the Halls constitutes your 
agreement to comply with these additional rules.
