The amount of xp you get for a kill depends on:
- the difference in level between you and the victim.
  The higher the difference in level, the more you get.
- the alignment of you and the victim.
  If you kill a person of a different alignment you get
  more then if you kill somebody of the same alignment.
- the time you've been playing so far vs the level you are.
  A person who reached level 4 in one hour will get less
  xp for a kill then a person who reached level 4 in two hours.
  This is to speed up slow playing people and to slow down fast
  playing people.
- adjustment for grouping
  The xp gained is shared over the group-members. If you're a
  high level member of the group, you get less than the low-level
  members.
