Help Recruit

Syntax recruit <character>

With  the  recruit  command you can recruit new members for your clan.  You
can  only  recruit  members if you are a clan master or higher.  The player
you want to recruit must be in the same room as you.

After  you have recruited the player he may choose if he wants to join your
clan.
