Help Rest Sleep Stand Wake Dreams Sit

Syntax rest
       sleep
       stand
       sit
       wake [character]

These commands change your position.  When you REST or SLEEP, you 
regenerate hit points, mana points, and movement points faster.
However, you are more vulnerable to attack, and if you SLEEP,
you won't hear many things happen.

You can also rest/sleep on/in objects, like sleeping bags, couches
and hammocks.

Use STAND or WAKE to come back to a standing position.  You can
also WAKE other sleeping characters.
 
When you're sleeping you might encounter dreams. Don't worry,
they're not lethal, they might help regenerating faster (or
slower, if you have a bad dream)
