Description
The first syntax shows the current poll standings. To vote in 
any poll anonymously, just specify your choice numerically. 
This cannot be undone. To abstain from voting, the last syntax 
may be used.
 
The duration of a poll usually lasts up to a week. Suggestions 
are welcomed via notes to the council.
